How to open up your own Shop // house?

Building a house or
shop is free just follow
the rules for each one.

Read the next two posts
for rules about shops &&
houses && how to open
one yourself!

Ohh and try to keep everything
'poll' oriented. They make the
front page look nicer

Once you've taken the academy
test and filled out a RP form, you
may open up a house.
(you don't have to PM me
about it or anything)

homeowning rules
-You must keep space for
your ID card that is visible to
other villagers-
(so like in the 1st 2nd or 3rd post)

-No perverted junk-
(romance is ok to an extent)

-Battling IS aloud in houses-
(but only for training purposed)

If you want to open a shop
you must first be a villager.
Then you must PM this form

(label PM 'Shop Application')

RP name ::
What kind of shop ::
Free or charging gold ::

shop owning rules
-Your shop can be
about anything-
ex.
Avi art
Banners
Sigs
selling gaia items
animations
breedle pets
giveaways
contests
etc.etc.etc
(Just whatever you want
to open - This is OUR village)

-If you do want gold, make
it a reasonable amount-
(if you set up a shop to sell
gaia items then you can
sell for the price you want)

-Unless your avie art or
(whatever your selling) is
like super amazing can you
charge over 1k-
(I'll tell you if your over
or under charging)

-Don't bash other shops-
(we're a peaceful village)

-You can change your
shop at any time-
(just let me know)

-You can advertise your
shop in the main guild for
shinoubi of other villages
to come and buy your stuff-
(they must pay atleast 100 gold)
