They are a new oshare kei group, who I think have potential. :3 Except for the fact Miku must get some singing lessons Dx Their first releases (their demos, before Teruki joined) were put out in 2003 and their first official release (their single Candy Holic) was in March 2004. Their style is a fun, pop-ish rock sound with mostly hyper vocals and energetic beat! All members are in their 20's, making them very young. ;o
Oshare Kei: The relative to Visual Kei, using mostly bright, cheery and hyper colors in usually a casual fashion, in contrast to VK's dark and elegant style.

I doo!!!! Bou is sooo cute! Anyways, yeah, it's a new obession, so I can't really say I'm a big fan, but I just started listening a few days ago. http://video.google.comJust type antic cafe, and you can get a few vids. biggrin

I've heard of them... but I've never bothered to give them a listen.
Edit: I just listened to a few of their songs.
They're so adorable!
And I like what I've heard of their music so far. :3

Ah teh cuteness of An Cafe <3 ^_^ An Cafe is one of my favourite bands ever. They're so hyper and..cute! ^^; I can't help but giggle when ever I see one of their videos or hear their music

I've started to listen and I'm liking what I'm hearing. It's taking me awhile to get use to Miku's unique voice but I do enjoy the style and the videos, espically Maple Gunman. I loved it. At first it took me awhile to believe that Bou was a guy but when I heard him talk, I was like 'Okay, it's a guy.'
By the way, is Bou pronounced more like Boo or Bow (as in bow wow)?

I thought it was pronounced "Bo", just like Shou is pronounced like "show".
I really think they need Bou back, even though I didn't find out about them til a bit after he had already left.
