Have fun, eat some chocolate cake. I do at the moment.
It's actually called "sticky mess cake" if roughly translated from Swedish and is called thus because it's not completely baked in the middle, leaving a wonderful chocolaty sticky mess. Together with vanilla icecream it's so delicious it eludes description. We even have a whole book just with recipies for sticky mess cakes. The recipie I use is pretty similar to the winner of the competition held to gather the recipies.
Well, that was a lot of cholotate cake from me, but what I really meant to say was: Have fun and eat some...
Oh, I already said that, didn't I...

It's fairly straightforward and no strange ingredients are listed. I hope you can cope with the fabulous metric system though... And there are a few things to add to the recipie. 1. Use fine coconut flakes after having greased the cake tin, not bread crumbs. It makes the cake a bit tastier and not as dry as with bread crumbs. Using neither makes a boring cake. 2. Make sure you eat it together with vanilla ice-cream, preferably the kind with small black pieces of vanilla in it.
