Shiva from FFX!
I liked her in FFVIII but when I saw her in FFX I completely fell for the newer version.They pretty much perfected her and I loved the attitude.It makes me wonder how she would have sounded like if she spoke,not to mention her Attacks are awesome.Her entrance is one of the best I've ever seen FF history.

Well, honestly...I like all of Shiva's forms too. I love Bahamut's designs but i love most of the summons they all have great designs

Shiva, and Anima from FFX after all that and FFX-2 are the only games I've played, that are Final Fantasy.
