The city of Raithem, a generaly pleasent city. One where crime and violence are unheard of. See, that's the key "unheard of." Not to say there isn't any, just no one hears about it, and noone is caught in the act. Raithem isn't your regular old, run-of-the-mill kinda' city. Raithem is the unspoken City of Theives. On the outside, and on the inside it lokks, feels, sound, and even tastes like a regular city. It's called the unspoken City of Theives because everyone knows it is, but noone... well, take a guess.... hmm?... yeah, noones says anything about it. Raithem is home to the greatest of the great. If you have something stolen from you, deal with it or steal it back. This is a city of kill or be killed, steal or be stolen from, a paradise for the dextrous, agile, quick-witted.
Once again, I must stress that this city is a very pleasent city. For tourists, everything is very inexpensive, no matter the qualty, because you don't have to be rich to have what you want. For the residents it's an easy life. Raithem, on the east and south edges is a harbor, where imports and exports are shipped and recieved on a more than regular basis. To the north, a vast forest, it's bordeline tropical. The forest is by far more dangerous than the city. That's why there only one person to have entered it in the last hundred years. Back to the actual topic though, to the east of the city is farm land, as far as the eye can see, since the city doesn't regularly have food shipped to it they rely on the farmers, who, by the way are truly the richest people around. Noone ever steals from the farmers, because noone wants to piss them off. The farmers keep their prices low in exchange for being protected from theivery. Which is funny because the farmers have such amazing security due to their wealth that if anyone tried to steal from them they'd be dead in seconds. So that's it for geography.
An important thing to touch on is the cities gang issues. There are exactly three gangs in Raithem. All small, upstarting gangs are snuffed out in less than a week. The gangs are experiencing a lapse in fighting at the moment. They all share a common problem at the moment, but that information I will not divulge at the moment. Actually, for now, that's all I really have to divulge at the moment.
Hmm... did I miss anything....Oh yeah! Me! The name's Fenris. Figured I'd let ya know. Don't forget me, alright? If you have any questions, just ask me.
