When you say hell, I'm assuming you mean the Christian one. The fact to me is that that hell is a fairy tale meant for luring in people who a re frightened by their own mortality. If we were to talk about a place of suffering and madness, then we are living it. How can one possibly deny that we live in a world of insanity? Not to say that this world doesn't have it nice parts to it, but' that in itself is what makes it worse than any other torture there is. We have good and bad, not all bad. And it is that good that makes the bad so unbearably painful.
Thats real poetic and all but I would much rather be alive in this world then some types of torture. The Iron Maiden, The Breaking Wheel, Ceiling Fan torture, Chinese Water TOrture, the pyramid chair, yeah. I'd much rather live in a world of madness.
More on topic, I most certainly do beleave in Hell. I guess its just how i was raised that strikes such a strong beleif of such a place into me. Thinking about it, it may not exist. But how can one be sure unless they've been there? Its confusing.
