Many of us are experiencing a great deal of stress these days, from loss of a friend, a new boyfriend or girlfriend, family problems and starting classes. So, I've taken it apon myself to create this thread, a thread on stress relief and techniques on how to lower your stress level. I want all of us to be happy and healthy, so this is a safe place where you can talk about what's bothering you and get help with any questions you may have.
Keep in mind not everyone wants their problems publicised, so keep these things to yourself, anything posted here, stays here. So, if there's anything you need help with, feel free to ask.

Well, I think a good idea would be to post the things that we think are stressing us out. Make a list. Just knowing someone else has read it and has some sort of idea whats going on with you could make you feel better. Not going into detail or anything, but just a list of short descriptions. Also, we can number them, and as time goes by we can post and continue the list, maybe even go back and edit old ones and scratch out things that don't apply or have been 'fixed'.. it'd be a good personal record as well. All those in favor? (I don't wanna be the only one to do it)

I agree... I'm going to post a thread of tests and one of managment ideas. I really like your idea. Go ahead and make a thread you find appropriate and well all make lists.
