Okies, so its quite simple really, you just right down everything that comes to mind, everything that you think about during the day that you have to worry about.. cuz well, its life for you. Nothing silly, like you ran out of poptarts, but something genuinly stress-ful.. low-stress things are just fine, but like I said, nothing silly. Keep them numbered just for your own personal records, and if you feel like it as time goes on you could go back and cross out things that don't apply any more, or maybe even a problem you dealt with. You can keep going as time passes as well, so in a way it'll be a never-ending list... and I'm sure you wont be able to think of EVERYTHING in one sitting anyways. whee Enjoy!

1- Keepin up with School 2- Parents Fighting 3- Mom's bf's daughter is nuts 4- MyGrandma's hand is hurt 5- Have to help out more around the house 6- Stepmom is Ill 7- Step-Gramother is in hostpital.. again. 8- My dad is being cheap (not cool when your tryin to go on a band trip) 9- Have to help watch my brother 10- Alone for a week, cept going to someone's house every night 11- Trying to renovate the house 12- Missing school 13- My cousins moving to ohio 14- A cousin died 15- Friends at each other's throats 16- Trying desperately to improve writing skills 17- Keepin up w/ two houses 18- See my mom/dad four days a month 19- Stressin bout guys.. who doesn't? 20- Tryin to reach my financial goals- so I can get the stuff I want.

1- Having classes with an exboyfriend 2- Fights with both parents 3- Confusions with classes 4- Entering a new relationship 5- Being ridiculed for said relationship 6- Death of a friend 7- Return of an unworthy father 8- Home renovations 9- Change in number of residents in home 10- Dietary change ((less food)) 11- Illness 12- Band events and responsibilities 13- Wardrobe malfunctions ((Too short to fit clothes)) 14- Not prepared for class ((Missing important assignment)) 15- Bad weather approaching 16- Taking in a stray puppy 17- Coping with ones depression 18- Trying to pick up the pieces 19- Feeling obligated to act differently 20- Losing track of ones true self
