i love all of them(exept metroid 2)
zero mission is my all time fav though

my favorite of all is super metroid. This is because you got some of the coolest beams and items. Also its the only 2d metroid game were you had grapple beam and there was creative ways to kill some of the bosses, like with the grapple beam shooting that electric node to damage the boss.That was cool!
Don't get me wrong i like all the others too. I play Prime all the time I've found lotsa bugs in it.

Super metroid, is my favorite hands down. It has everything the first 2 metroids lacked. I would like Fusion pretty well too, but I don't like the game leading me around, and stopping me from exploring. To me Half the fun of Super metroid, was wondering into places in any order you want.

out of the ones I've played so far, Prime 2. The intro of Dark Samus was just sheer briliance!!! another enemy with your abilities, only beefed to the max with Phazon.... and the light suit just looked awsome.

I like all of the ones i played but I love any metroid prime game
and corruption is my favorite
