ninja very secretly she lurks in the waitingroom of the thieves guild. Somewhere from her sleeves comes a bit of half rotten paper. Request to join Gulid, it says... After sliding the piece of paper under the door, very secretly of course, to the office, she sneeks back out on the crowded street and makes her way towards the shades...

A mysterious figure cloaked in black slid in like an ever shifting shadow. The effect of mystery and danger was ruined, though, by the figures accidental stumble and illy planned fall to his face. Undaunted, though, the man simply walked the rest of the way, looking slightly downtrodden and a touch as though his pride were hurt and he were trying to hide it, "So this is the theives guild, then?" He sounded undeniably chipper and a touch cheaky. "I... er.... " He glanced around nerviously at the decor, rubbing his nose, "So yes, I'd like to join, then... er... on account of wanting to pilfer things without getting my nose smashed in accordence with legality and so on and so forth..." He cleared his throat and waited nerviously.

Somewere in the shadow's was the little shape of a darker shadow. Like a mishaped blot of ink. A little girl that could pass for a realative of nobby nobs crawled out from the shadow creeping up behind the gentleman.
Although she was short she was still quiet pretty for a little girl.
She lifted her hand to the mans pocket and chose the worst moment in history to sneeze.

a young man enters the guild and looks around. seeing no-one, he writes a small note and leaves it on a desk. the note reads 'dear whom it may concern, I wish to join the thieves guild. I am quick of mind, if not fleet of foot, and want to avoid punishment for unlicensed thievery. I can be found at 4 ferret lane. please get back to me at your earliest convenience. -malcom nummers'
having left his note, malcom leaves the guild. down the street, he spys a hot-food vendor. with salivating mouth, he inexplicably finds his wallet to be absent from his pocket...
(anyone... how was that? I don't do this often, but that looks pretty good to me. I want my ego petted. lol )
