I'm sure most of you have noticed the second post of each Province-Specific thread. They'll soon be used in conjunction with the Provincial Representatives!
What is it?
Once a representative is selected for each Province and Territory and Canada, we will find an artist to draw an art piece of the crew members of the guild, along with a representative of each Province. An art piece would be nice, but it is pretty hard to have everyone involved. So choose your representative carefully!

How to nominate a representative
In each Provincial thread, the users who reside in that Province will work together and choose a representative. When they have found one, they must PM Ihabia with who the representative is.
Please be careful when choosing. This person will be representing your Province, so choose wisely.
What about paces like the Territories where there aren't many users?
In cases like this, there may be only one or people from the area, so it may be easier to choose.
What about the MONEY?!
I understand a comissioned piece this large will cost quite a bit of money. So, we're going to need to pool it all together. Please make donations to Ihabia. A list of donators will be kept. We do not have a specific goal gold-wise, but the more, the better the picture will most likely be.
How long will this take?!
This will be a lengthy thing. The nomination process itself will take quite a while most likely, and raising the gold will take even longer. This WILL get done though. We just need to be positive! biggrin
