(These facts will be very scattered because I can't find many) Matthew Walter Wachter was born January 5, 1976 in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. He's married to Mrs. Libby Wachter and has been since the beginning of August. Matt likes to lie about things. For four years he told people that he worked in a slaughter house when he wasn't playing with the band. He also lied about being the Ms. Pac Man champion in the 80s. According to some people on the Matt group at Myspace Matt was voted most un-popular in his sixth grade year book (aw... poor babe!), he loves Mac and Cheese, and his guilty pleasure is listening to Kelly Clarkson music. And, as you already know, MATTIE IS A DAMN GOOD BASSIST FOR THE BEST BAND ON THE PLANET! Ooh... and he's been playing with 30STM since 2002. He was not on the first album but he was a part of the live band and now he is an official member. Ooh... Mattie also plays keyboard for the band. That's all I have for now.

Yeah... it wasn't cool... but I did find it funny... sorry. sweatdrop Okie doke... you've probably heard this one. A few dates at the beginning of the tour were cancelled because Matt cut his finger and had to go to the emergency room. More facts soon to come. mrgreen

Yesh... I love that interview. Haha. Shannon thinks that Matt is patient. And I didn't mention this before but Matt's nicknames are Mattastrophe and Doctor Vaktor (I also call him Mattie Bear). Oh and Matt seems to be loved by the rest of the guys very much... since there's pictures of all of them huggling Mattie and being all over him... hehe.

If I'm ever in a band I want to be like Matt the member everyone loves and huggles... Oh too... finger injury's suck I cut my finger on a can of cat food opening it... that hurt... not that its anything compared to what Matt exprienced...

No. The injury happened much earlier. The reason Mattie wasn't at most of the shows in August was because he was getting married to Libby. mrgreen

I saw another interview where they all said thathe was tireless and irreplaceable, but in anothoer interview they said that he likes to sleep a lot, so... I don't know.
Anyways, I cut my finger with scissors (on accident) and it hurt like hell. Can't imagine lightbulbs with scissors is paper and scissors caused me so much irritation
I'm not sure if I want to be the huggled person. It may get a tad annoying every once in a while
