This area is in the sky.
Very HIGH in the sky. @_@
The city of clouds is exactly what it is said to be. A city built of solidified cloudlike forms, ON more solidified cloudlike forms.
Fluffy cirrus, cumulus, stratus and nimbus cloud-forms have been scultped into various lacy buildings, graceful and white or purest cream.. they embrace the lights of the sun, composed as they are in arch-forms, high, vaulted ceilings, frosted glass panels softening the light of the heavenly bodies.
Soft and smooth like silks or fine cottons to the touch, they are yet incredibly strong... strong enough to support buildings.
Some of them shine irridescently in the sun, sparkling like crystals. Some are accented with soft golds.
The people within this area live long lives... up to 1000 years in the case of their eldest. But their births are far too few. They have begun to accept outsiders.
But with outsiders come change and some changes are not welcomed.
Be warned. These people have strange customs and can get very touchy.
ALSO. Some flying creatures prey on people who live there. AND in case of storms... Lightning and the winds in the wake of tornadoes are always horrible problems.
(Rescuing natives may become side quests.)

The wind was cool and crisp, the day bright in the area around the City in the Clouds, the beating of her wings nearly drowning out most other sounds. Lilium moved through the air, eyes closed lightly as she smiled. She enjoyed flying, liking the feel of the wind against her face and wings, her long braid streaming back behind her, somehow still held together by a single pink ribbon.

The hybrid broke through the fluffy clouds at break-neck speeds, wings fanning out even more as his body arched forwards to have him hovering there in the middle of a 'street'. What was this place? He lightly frowned. How could...was this...a city? In...midair?<<

Lilium suddenly blinked her eyes open, slowing her flight slightly. She heard something, the sound of something fast moving through the air. What ever is was it was still too far away from her to see so she kept on flying, wondering if it was a good idea to go and see what it was. It could be a monster, then again it could be another person.

Lilium moved through the sky, noticing that the noise had stopped. She continued to fly one until she noticed the dragon hybrid male on the streets below her. She wondered if it would be okay to land, though found herself already landing, hands positioned so that the skirt of her dress from flying up.

Hearing Mujaki's greeting she giggled lightly, landing softly on the ground a few feet infront of the male. The clouds felt soft, yet strangely strong under her shoeless feet; she hated shoes. "Hello there."

Lilium shook her head lightly, taking a quick look around with her red-ish pink eyes. "Sadly no. Actually I was just about to ask you if you were." She turned her gaze back to the dragon hybrid, smiling. "Though it's still nice to meet you. My name is Lilium."

Lilium's smile widened slightly, Mujaki's charm seemed to be getting to her. She nodded, giving a light curtsey. "Of course I will, and might I add that you do not look all that old." He didn't, in fact she thought that Mujaki looked rather handsome.
