Submit your poems for the newsletter!! Simply post them on the thread, and I'll edit the "Current Entries" post below. Then be sure to vote in the poll for the poem you like best! The one with the most votes will be featured in the newsletter, and will win 1k.
[Note: For the first round, there will be no poem theme. However, we may have a certain theme you must follow for a certain newsletter, so keep watching ninja ]

"Cheese" by Thomas Barkman
Before me sits a conglomerate;
a heterogeny of flavor.
Between two fruits of grain
lies a luscious and glistening all-beef patty.
On top of that idol
smothers, in melting manner, a yellow piece of cheese.
With excited trembling,
I raise the burger
and the pungent aroma
excites my innards.
I gorge my mouth instead
of savouring each bite.
Ugh! The cheese is rancid
and I throw up all o'er the place.

Poems? I just finished a poetry project for school. But my poetry isn't great; I hardly understand the concept of it. Oh well, I'll show some of mine.

Oh, I think I might have an old poem I wrote a while ago for a school poject. I'm not overly fond of poetry, but I don't think its too horrible. S'pose I might as well submit it, assuming I can find it.

hopefully you will find some fairly readable stuff in there.
the style may not be to everyone's taste.. sweatdrop
like rootbeer for water talk2hand
and sadly you cannot hear the tunes that go with most of them.
anyway, commentary is always welcome.
it would be nice to hear an objective voice 3nodding blaugh
