Here's a Manga thread for all those completly up-to-date fans who've read every chapter released! Discuss anything you please in here without spoiling things for others who don't want to know what happens before they read it themselves. Post theories; chat about the latest chapters; and continuously post how many hours, minutes, and seconds there are until the next chapter is released. Current Chapter: 68 - Family Portrait
The chapter opens up with a flashback of Hoenheim's. In it, he calls himself a monster and is troubled by his, what seems to be immortal, body. Trisha assures him it's OK and tells him not to call himself a monster. A family portrait is taken, and Hoenheim cries in the picture. Later on, he's shown in his office and it appears he is aware that his country is one big transmutation circle. He fixes the boy's swing then leaves for good. Meanwhile, back in the caves under Briggs, a miseterious shadow that looks a lot like the hands from inside the gate kills off many soldiers, leaving the team above ground with nothing but a spooked horse and an arm. Raven takes the bait Olivier Armstrong puts out for him, but before she can decide exactly what to do, news of the happenings in the underground tunnel arrives. Ed finally has a run in with Kimblee at last, but we don't see much of him. The story then goes to a conversation between Kimblee and Wrath, who is interested to learn that the Fullmetal Alchemist is in the north. He claims he'll "warn" Ed "again". In the next scene, Garfiel answers a phone call for Winry, one from the Military.

And to answer your questions:
Will Roy ever get his money back? Sure he will, when he becomes Fuhrer of Amestris. Isn't that what Ed said? *innocent look*
How did Kimbley get mixed up with the homunculi? He just did. And he paid the price too - I no longer consider him a cool character now that he's teamed up with Envy. Anyone in league with that bakayarou palmtree is not cool in my books. *dodges rocks from angry Envy fanpeoples*
Whose side is Armstrong's sister on? What role might she play? Knowing the Armstrong family, she's probably on the side of virtue, although as she's a general, that means she could be in on Bradley's plans... dunno. Hopefully the former, as the latter would mean that she's no longer cool in my books (see above).
Do old, cross-dressing men amuse you? That depends. Grumman? Certainly a little. Other people (such as, for example, if Bradley was to do it)? That would be freaky.
As of this post, there is 1 day, 2 hours, 13 minutes, and 20 seconds until Fullmetal Alchemist chapter 64, and I can't wait!
