Need some scrolls, want to learn a few jutsus, or just want to bone up on some history, this is the place for you. Sadly there quite a few restriced areas that only certain ninja are allowed to go. However allc and d ranked jutsus are accesable to everyone here, B ranked scrolls are accessable to those chunin or higher,
A rank scrolls specifically for those who have reached jounin.
S-rank for those ANBU or higher.
Naturally in order to check these kind of this out you should go to the front desk. there Angh will check you out. (He is an NPC by the way mainly run by me, but can be run by any mod.)

Angh leapt forward very suudenly from hsi reading, he hadn't been expecing anyone, then again it was a pUBLIC libary, well public for anyone with the required access.

Ji wandered back into twon from the forest. "What should i do now he though as he aimlessly wandered the streets" Realizing he was not paying attention to where he was going he checked his surrondings to realize he had stopped in front of the local libary. idea Great he though i can review the shadow clone technique some more as he walked through the doors.

"Well it seems you check out, sorry about your back ground and all, anyway take this here blue pass, it will allow you into the libary as well as giveyou acess to all things chunin and below. Therefore you have acess to B,C,D and E ranked scrolls. Good luck in finding what you need."
The man smiled and ushered her in.

The man watcher he rwalk into the libary and smiled, just another ninja out to help the vanquishing of the long standing enemy the pirates, it was always good to see another fighter hard at work.
He then returned back to his book.

Hatori walked around the shelses until she found the scroll she wanted.
"Yes! They do have it!"
She sat down and began to read.
