I hoping to get a real big Battle Royale group together.
Real easy attire. No real choosing between characters.
Just be a bloody class B student.
Tips?
Go to a thrift store and buy a beige suit/blazer, beige dress pants/skirt, white dress shirt, blue/red tie.
Girls wear the red tie and have a B near the top of it. Boys have blue ties and b is at bottom.
Get scarlet fabric dye. You don't need much. Put into a spray bottle and have fun making blood splatters however you want.
You may want bandages or other props.
I don't know how to make the collars but I found this online place which sells them for 3.99

The website said its a plastic head bands with metalic film and black vinyl tape in case you want to try to make it yourself.
