I found this on another site that I frequent, and I thought that some people would be interested in seeing it. It's a random quizzie that matches up your beliefs with a list of religions and spiritual paths by asking 20 very in-depth questions. It's really all inclusive and intersting to see what you match up with. I believe that when I took it I came up with Mid-line to liberal protestant as my first choice. Belief-O-MaticWhat do you come up as?

I'm not sure I favor how they did this test. Their questions feel a bit too generalized in some ways to make for good classification. Though for the first time it actually got my real religion as the first choice... about darned time. Itallicised are ones that I'd personally delete or move much lower in the order.

No religion test is perfect. But I have to admit, though it has it's shortcomings, this is probably the most thurough onje that I've found. i didn't mean to offend, I just thought that people would find it interesting.

^_^ I'm pretty satisfied. I mean, the questions were a little "?" but... well, religion is so very personalized that they can't cover -everything-. ^_^ It was good for what it was- a light, fun, and simple test designed for giggles.

Oh, you didn't offend. I agree that there isn't any paralell for this test out there. In some ways, the failing of this test serves to reinforce the fact that religions really have huge zones of overlap no matter how different they may superficially appear to be!

Only mt bishop thinks that I'm just being rebellious and blasphemous. 3nodding That's too bad. The non-denominational Christians I've known have been great people. They tended to be atttracted to the "Progressive Christian Alliance" group at my old college. I didn't get to spend as much time in that group as I would have liked, but their inquisitiveness into Christian theology and understanding towards non-Christian faiths was admirable.
