Beyond that its open, you could have an ANBU, Akatsuki, a Hokage!

as long as they meet age requirements, and have appropriate jutsu lol all gennin jutsu with an ANBU might be too weak.

if you notice as the ranks go up the number of jutsu I posted get less and less thats for a reason!

I greatly encourage you to create your own jutsu, just so that you can have that extra bit of special in each character.

limiting characters to only what's posted gets boring^^

but for those who lack a creative side, I did post some so you could still meet that rank!
