Which of these items will be worth more in the future? The Dark Halo, or the Ancient Katana? I had allot of extra gold once I sold my kiki and ankletes, so I bought many of each the Katanas, and the Halos. (Equal amounts of each) Both of these items are rising at extreamly high speeds and will soon become ultra-rares (once they reach like 100k each) and then, a while from now, they will become un-touchables (once they reach 500k). Thus my reason for buying so many.
Ancient Katana (+)
Its a katana, so many RP gaians will always want one. Before its was released on Gaia, there was many petitions for one. In short, it has always been a very very much wanted item sense the first hand held items were released.
When the battle system is released, it my shoot up in price, but we have no idea when that will be. Back in 04, they said the battle system was almost done, and here we are in 06 with out one. (Not complaining)
Looks decent on almost any avatar style in one of its nifty possitions, being on your back or in your hand.
Ancient Katana (-)
Gaia may release a dark, nitemare, demonic, red, or evil sword that may be even more wanted, and thus slowing the rate at which the Katana is rising. Just look at the sword of Aegis. It was going up at a decent speed, then it pretty much stopped with the release of the Katana, or G-Blade. If gaia releases a "Evil" sword, then many gaians will go nuts for it, cuz as we all know, most of gaia wants "gothic" or dark items for their pixles.
Dark Halo (+)
Has a horn function. (Compares with the Ultra rare - Horns of the Demon)
Has a halo funtion. (Compares with the Most un-touchable item, the Halo)
Has a devil tail function (Compares with the un-touchable devil tail)
Has many other interesting functions as well, including some spiffy claws.
Its a dark item, so generically it can be considered "Cool" here on gaia.
They really can't come out with anything to compare with it sense they already have an angelic halo.

I can not really think of a weakness for the Dark Halo, other that it's price (so far) has risen at a slightly slower rate than the Katana, thus hinting that the Katana may be more wanted...
So post your opinions. Which is generically "Cooler" here on gaia. Which will be worth the most in, say, 3 months? Which is "your" favorite?
EDIT - )As of November 7th the Katana has reached the same value as the dark halo. Will it stay, or will the halo rise soon as well? If it manages to pass then I'll have to sell my halos for katanas.

Ah, the Dark halo has to be better. I mean, the swords are great, but it's a form of Halo. domokun heart I sold my Katanas today for new clothes.

Im hoping that with the battle system, the Katana will rise to record prices, because I have sold all my dark halos and jack'd hats for more katanas. I wonder how the battle system will end up working. Will the rarer items (ancient katana, staff of angels, etc) be stronger or more powerful than the more common ones?(g-blade, sword of ageis, etc) Im hoping it does, so that I can use my katanas to by art and what not.

Katanas are great and all, but seem to be a little overrate. As so is the halo. But halos, you have to admit, just seem cooler. everyone these days seems to have a katana.
