I've been working on this pic for a couple of days. I don't know why I don't like colored pencils to draw with. I perfer pencil.  --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This one I drew a couple weeks ago. This was completely drawn with mechanical pencil. I know yer not supposed to draw with mechanical pencils, but how can a Bev resist, y'know? I like them better.  --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [12/07/06] This one I drew a couple days ago, completed the linework yesterday, and colored last night and this morning. It's another of my pure mechanical pencils drawings. I had to cheat on the linework. I drew the linework in mechanical, but then copied it for the coloring so I can keep the original linework only, but still have a colored version, so I guess it's not really cheating much. On the computer I erased all of the background pencil smudgins.  --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This one I started in LA and finished within the next couple days in enrichment. Well, about the pencils thing... you know me - I usually can't stand drawing with anything but! It's just a matter of what you need ta do and what you're used to.
I like the fuzzy guy. Angsty but fuzzy. I want to pet him, though. XD
(dear journal: today, someone started treating me like their pet. just more proof my life sucks and everyone else is so much better than me. i think i'll go angst over there and consider shaving. completely. because how i look really sucks, and i just can't be normal. *angst*angst*angst*)

OF COURSE PENCILS!! I was mostly calling myself odd because I like mechanical ones. Usually people tell me not to draw with mechanical pencils. But you don't ever need to interrupt your drawing to go sharpen it, and it's always sharp, but most people say you should have a dullish pencil, but I do say NO!

And I shade BETTER with mechanical pencils because I can actually tell where it's gonna hit the paper rather than guessing. Yes one milllimeter IS important. Just like every pixil. Extremely important! MECHANICAL PENCILS ARE BETTER THAN NORMAL PENCILS!! MECHANICAL PENCILS WILL DOMINATE!!!
