As most of you are aware, there is a problem with in-activity in this guild. Both members and crew are guilty of this. I am well aware of the fact that we all have lives outside of Gaia, so I was thinking of proposing a contest:
Members recruit new members to the guild who will be active members. The contest will last an alloted amount of time, and the top 3 members who recruited the most new active members will win gold.
I haven't yet discussed this with the other Crew members yet, and I'm still working out the finer details. Just tell me what you all think about this idea.
