Q: What are elders?
Elders are a special stage that can only be achieved through special means such as RP'ing, shop activity, monthly nominations, elder quests, battling, bribing--etc. Most Hespierdon will have specific requirements that need to be met in order to reach the elder stage; not all requirements are the same.
Q: Can any Hespierdon be elder-fied?
Most Hespierdon will have their own Elder stage. Though some Hespierdon stages will be revealed later than others. But once revealed, yes, you will be able to try for that elder stage.
Q: How do I get [insert name of Hespierdon here] elderfied?
Different Hespierdons (and sometimes, different types of Hespierdons) have different requirements to get them elderfied. Usually the more common Hespierdons have less requirements to fulfill in order to grow, while rarer ones have harder/more requirements. Thus this thread was created so you could see the different requirements for different species of Hespierdons and types.

Send a PM to Gate to Hesperides with a title "Ready for Elder Stage". In the message give a link to the journal in which the RP's were recorded and wait patiently. :]

Actually, yes--though whether it's easier I wouldn't know. You can either choose to bribe for the elder stage via gaia gold/items, except this is an extremely expensive option [and therefore, not suggested]. Or you can just be an active member in the main shop thread and chat. This puts you up as a possible candidate for the Monthly Nomination. If you are successfully nominated (only the staff will be involved in monthly nominations), a possible reward will be having one of your Hespierdon elderfied (at the discretion of DawnieChan)!
