Ok, here is what I am finding wierd. Is it just me, or does other people find it wierd.
I seem to be finding a lot of straight girls here in this guild, that is about GirlxGirl.
Wierd?
Or...Just my dumb brain?
PS- Nothing agenst lesbains or bi girls about this what so ever, one of my best friends here in gaia is lesbain and I got a TON of bi friends.
PS2(XD)-And for the straight ones...Eh...No offince ok? If you find this calling you wierd or anything. The one that I got the link from tto this guild is one of em though, straight, yet is here...And also has,
1. A Yuri RP
2. A bunch of lesbain characters.

Um, nope, I don't find it weird. ^^;;
This guild centered around girlxgirl love to provide a safe place for bis and lesbians to discuss such topics, but it's not limited to only bis and lesbians. It's also for girls who are gay tolerant and gay friendly because discussion here isn't only limited to girlxgirl love, there are also discussions that extend to all people even guys (there are some guys here). The major theme of the guild is shoujo-ai, but we're open to everyone.

Dude, that logic of "straight girls watch yaoi so of course some would watch yuri" doesn't really make sense to me. The way I look at it, straight guys watch yuri because they find it attractive--two girls are better than one, right? Same thing I did for the yaoi. I liked it because hey, two guys are better than one...and no stupid gender roles to get in the way!
But I've found talking to some of the straight girls (note that I've only been around a few, I don't know everyone here, obviously) that they just think it's sweet. Or, you know, that it's just nice to see that kind of romance, etc. A lot of them seem to prefer shoujo-ai to yuri, too.
So yeah, that's my explanation for it. There are also a couple of gay guys who drop by here every now and then--I remember them thinking the same thing, that it was sweet. That's all.

Thank you, kageling-chan. The yoai thing was completly off topic...And, as Kageling said, ots was diffrent. Girls watching Yuri = Most likaly consedered bi or lesbain, Girls watching Yoai = consedered a little perverted, but at first said stright.
Hm, the 'cause they think its sweet' part I have seen before, my friend Ki-chan is a stright guy that likes guyxguy stuff, cause, he finds it nice. So thats completly beliveable.

Yuri (and shojo ai) and Yaoi (and shonen ai) arent sexual preferences or anything, they're just forms of entertainment... that's like saying someone must be gay because they watch Will and Grace... it's just a show.

For some reason I keep seeing it saying that it islisted as shounen-ai.
But yes, there is a lot of characters to knock around in pairings. I myself own the largest Naruto x Hinata guild on Gaia. And the orignal owner before me is "The #1 KakashixSasuke fan", as examples of normal and yoai pairing from Naruto...Though I myself don't exactly have the best idea of an yuri pairing...
Though when I had to anser that question to join I said Tenten and Hinata....xD

I beg to differ. The Guild's point is the fandom of Girl x Girl relationships, -not- for lesbians/gays IRL though they are welcome. They just happen to be a large section of the fandom. Like girls in Yaoi Guilds. A Yaoi Guild isn't a gay guy guild, it's a guild about homosexual romance that people find entertaining. It is not a place for people to hook up. Which doesn't mean
