This is Kouen's hideout. While it used to be a casino, she detests gambling but she loves the drinks that the remaining workers could make. So she made a quaint inn out of the old casino.
There are 12 rooms. Kouen is superstitios, so she didn't want to have a room 13. The rooms are all furnished differently and Kouen has them changed in design weekly, so if you stay one month, you'll be greeted with a different room next time.
A stage towards the center of the back wall has lights of red, blue, orange, and white. People are encouraged to read poetry, their stories, and play a song or two. Rafters reach high and their are many windows. There is a staircase to the left of the dark wood topped bar. It leads to the second floor where guests stay. The stairs are red carpetted and the railing is the dark wood that Kouen can't pronounce that is on the bar.
Chairs and tables covered in a light red cloth are found throughout the bar, a few chairs towards the front are covered in a black cloth, instead of red. Booths line the walls and a candle is on each of them.
The lighting in the inn is a mellow shade that barely illimanates the floor. The corners are dark and spooky, as always. The surrounding area is the rivers and plains of the Cascades Village.
