It's where you dress up as an anime character from the opposite sex. I've always been curious about this because it's a lot more accepted than everyday crossdressing. I've thought about doing it but, as with the regular crossdressing, I don't think I have the physique for it. I'm just wondering if anyone else has done it or any other thoughts about it.

I cosplayed as zidane from final fantasy. I didn't crossdress as a cosplay cuz at the time I still thought i was goth, masculine, straight, etc. X3 I pushed away the girliness. Now I embrace it :"D n_n glad I did. I'm happier. Summer school is keeping me away from comic con this year so I won't be able to this year. Its a bummer cuz johnen vasquez is coming T 3T

Crossplay got me started! Making my last costume and my next one.... Devil Hunter Yohko.... Then Hyatt (excel saga) and of course Aeris (final Fantasy VII)
Crossplay is fun, and can be used as an excuse for why I have items like Panties, Bras, and fake boobage.

Yep. works like this. "Hey, John, if I had boxers wearing my devil hunter yohko costume, it just wouldn't look right!" Or. "I need that fake boobage because we all know Ha-chan has a huge rack."

I know that one of these days I'm cosplaying going as Mugen from Samurai Champloo but I can't think of any girls who I would look ok dressed as. *sighs at being 6'3" and very black"

I've cross-played before... Chiriko from Fushigi Yuugi. Yeah, he's a thirteen-year-old boy, but he's still male.
I've also played men onstage--twice. Once as Rosencrantz in a Hamlet parody, and once as Le Fleche in Molier's The Mister.
