Ultimate failure if you ask me considering enough copies were shipped to North America late, around the the same time Budokai came out. Most players tend to refer to this as the game with 22 problems.

Yeah I gotta admit....22 had so many downsides even 22 might be too little a number to fit them in,but for me it was a good distraction while waiting for Budokai 2 and I liked the character sprites although the energyand special attack sprites looked like...well,crap. Like you were shooting fire balls instead of energy blasts,i mean even beam attacks were all reduced to a huge fireball. But the opening video was awesome in the least.

Thats sad, when the opening video is better than the game.

Aside from the anime-ish inspired, cardboard cut-out characters, this game was ******** stupid.
It was slow, gay, and stupid, and slow, and ******** stupid.
Anyway.
Master Roshi's Kamehameha was cool. That's it, though. End.
