Of course I'd need help with this event, so I am asking if anyone would liked to help me with this coming event. What kind of help would I need? I was hoping to have some artists, hosts, and minishops come for this event. Each of you are allowed to make your own thread for this.

Note: The guild will be set as Public, non-members may post, you do not need to join if you want to be a volunteer. But please note that non-members that post cannot edit their post! If you wanted to edit your posts (for easier mangement) then please do join. Just title the request to join as "MMG convention volunteer". And PM Lady Miyuka so she will tell you details once you join as a volunteer. If you do not wish to join, but wish to participate and you made a mistake in one of your posts, tell either Teh Shoujo or me (Lady Miyuka).

Artists may come to gain profit or give out freebies, thier art may be free or of profit. All artwork must be your own! All artists are welcome, so if you know anyone, be sure to tell them about the convention!

Contest hosts are allowed to come as well, just know that scamming is a defiant ban/reported for TOS violation. Contest hosters will also have their own thread, contests must be related to anything of the convention. Another note for contest hosts, you will have to provide the contest prize yourself.

Minishops are welcome also, but remember that scamming is a defiant ban/reported for TOS violation. Minishops will sell things from their shop (non-gaian items). When selling, please note if your item is not a Gaia item. (For safe reasons) Things you are selling must be yours and made by you. Joint shops may participate also!
