i was recently required to write my thoughts on this question: are humans born with the capability of being evil?
are we born evil? or is it our circumstances? both? you tell me.

I believe people aren't born to very much, I subscribe to nurture over nature for almost anything.

I believe people learn evil. We are born witht the capability. But we don't know of it, unless shown it. Media is a big cause of this. Parents who fail to do their job. And other elders who also fail to do so, as in, teaching in the right way.

No, good and evil are learned standards, as is the ability to ignore them. Animals are neither good or evil, they simply exist to reproduce, which is what a human with no moral basis would be.
