This is a story of a disease that has spread through the world. Its cuase the people it effected to have a large craving for blood and human flesh. They've become varitable vampires by nature without the dislike of the sunlight. This disease is more of a blessing among some of the infected. Once infected they are quarantined and put on an island off of the shore of New York. The govermant has kept this under control byt putting the death sentance into effect and sending convicts on death row to this island. Its all about survival.

Rules
The rules are simple:
1. No godmodding. A vampire is strong but not strong enough to stop a bullet or a sword for all of you nimrods out there.
2. This RP is rated R so do expect to see blood, gore, but keep sexual contents to pms.
3. Use standard RP form. No using ** please keep all in RP commentary in ""

Gangs
There are three main gangs on the island.
The Vamps
They are made of vampires and any other kind of genetic freaks.

The Blood Wingz
A group of humans who inhabited the island before the vamps came along. They don't really show themselves much and tend to use stealth.

The Convicts
They are made of the convicts who manage to survive the drop off point and will normally rely on strength and back up the Blood Wingz.

gang: The Convicts
personality: An easy guy to get along with, few things piss him off. He is a natural borne leader.
weapons/special ability:Skilled in use of all weapons with blades. Good marks man with guns and throwing melee weapons. Can sense the presence of Vampires when he unwraps his right eye. Jack also has the curse of the wolf within his blood, which enables him to transform into a half wolf half man form.
bio: Jack has been on the island since the disease began. He is now in his thirties and has been on the island for three years. He was sentenced here for man slaughter under false pretences, in self defense, and was pinned for it. He is now the leader of the Convicts.

peronality:Jouru is a sadistic man who (obviosuly)loves blood. He si merciless and gets down to the point, but would never harm another vampire. When he bites a victim and infects them he feels they are a part of him.
weapons/special abilities:iron wrist claws, hypnotism and hightend strength and speed(more then a minions power)
bio:Jouru is the head vampire of the Vamps and has been on the siland ever since he was infected and over threw the last vampire. He never removes his iron claws that he had taken from his father after he left and got infected with the disease.

"Hmm," Penny mumbled as she rubbed the sleep from her eyes. She slowly stood up looking around her. "Yes!" she shouted as she realized what time it was. She walked to the staircase where Jouru was. "Hello," she said to him as she started to walk up the stairs.

((Hope that was okay for right now. I will be right back got to do something.))

Penny giggled along with him. "Yeah well I guess I like getting a late start or something like that. So, what do you plan on doing tonight?" Penny asked him her viloet hair falling gracefully around her shoulders. She walked up the stairs untill she got to the end where she could see the wonderful moon rising. "It's so pretty," Penny said starring at the white orb her light crimson eyes full of delight.

"A rave?" Penny asked with amusment. "No, I guess I don't have a better idea but then again my brainisn't working right now," Penny said with a laugh. She stoped as she looked back towards the moon. "Yes, she is gorgeous," Penny said referring to the moon.

"Okay," Penny said smiling a tired smile. She was still officially waking up. She laughed as she shouted out a window. "Someone is a little happy tonight," she commented. "Is there any reason why?" she asked.

"Okay, after you," Penny gustured still smiling. "How do you plan to infect them? At the rave?" Penny asked. "What about the Blood Wingz and the Convicts?" she asked her mind going into overdrive as she thought of all the possibilities of what could happen.
