Welcome to Sypher's home. He has graciously allowed his fellow comrades and friends to live in his very spacious home in the mountains. Here you may live in peace and tranquility without fear of someone interrupting it. (unless of course it's another resident) Driving up the mountain, you see a massive Japanese manor appear from the mist. The cherry blossoms are in full bloom as you walk up the steps. As you enter, Sypher is waiting in the entrance hall to welcome you to his home and show you around.

Jun Pei silently enters the grounds by vaulting over the wall into the compound. As he sneaks through the bushes, two very strong hands lift him up, tossing him towards the house. Rolling into a crouch, he looks up to see a very big man in camoflauge. "Who the hell are you?" The man silently stares back and points at the house. "Maste Dostravius awaits your arrival." Jun Pei slowly stands and dusts himself off. Turning towards the house, he started up the stairs, entering cautiously. A sweet yet deep voice spoke to him. "Welcome my friend. It has been a long time since we've met." Jun Pei placed a hand on his staff moving into the hall. Sypher stepped out of the darkness. Jun Pei immediately sighed in relief. "Sypher you old b*****d how are ya?"

Gene walked slowly over the grounds toward the manor, letting her eyes wander over everything. She stopped near the foot of the stairs when she head voices, head tilted to the side. One voice she recognized as Sypher, but the other was too unfamiliar to just walk in on.
I wonder who he's got here? Must be a strong one to be a friend of his.

Sypher stepped out onto the porch and bowed. "Welcom Gene. It has been a long time since we have seen one another. I trust that all is well?"

Gene smiled slightly and bowed in return, adjusting her bag over her shoulder as she did.
"As well as can be expected, Sypher. Keeping track of relatives, rogue neices, and general annoyances. Plus the ever present bother that is the Slayer order. What about you?"

Sypher smiled and walked down the steps placing a hand on the small of Gene's back guiding her towards the house. "Well I moved back here to Earth after establishing order on Solaria and have been living here ever since. I am glad you accepted my invitation to come stay with me here at the home."

Gene twitched a little at the hand on her back, but it was only a habit she'd picked up from clubs.
"Sounds like an absolute scream, boss. And honestly, I have few other places to go. My blades were destroyed, I can't find my sis Ele, my childe Corinth is off somewhere with her twin Rusty, and Ruki has enough 'help' at the Institute as is."
She smiled a little.
"Though I would have come even if I did have a place. Thanks for the invite."

Sypher smiled and chuckled. "You were always one that trouble followed wherever you went. Shall I show you around before showing you your room?"

Gene smiled again and nodded.
"Sure. I heard a voice I didn't recognize, that's why I stopped at the stairs. Who else is here?"

Sypher paused a moment before stepping into the house. "His name is Jun Pei. I met him on an medieval planet during my travels. He is a little odd. You will find that out when you meet him. Shall we?" Sypher stepped into the shadows of the house.

Gene nodded again, joining him in the shadows after she adjusted her sight.
"Medieval huh? Met a cat from something like that once, just a bit spastic she was when Lady S. gave her coffee."

Sypher laughed and motioned to the floor. "Please remove your shoes before coming any further. Trust me you don't want to track mud in here, because the penalty is quite painful. Sypher stepped out of his sandals and into the entrance hall.

Gene forced herself not to roll her eyes, throwing her bag over her back while she worked the clips on her boots.
"I'm not even going to ask, despite my curiosity. Generally when you say painful, you mean it."
The last clip released with a soft click, and she set her boots off to the side before stepping into the entrance hall.

Jun Pei stood waiting in the hall, just off to the side. "Gene Silver it is my pleasure to introduce you to Jun Pei." Jun Pei walked up to Gene and extended his hand. "It's good to meet you Ms. Silver. I trust we will get along well. Hey Sypher you didn't happen to send and invite to ferocious kitty cat named Corone did you?" Sypher smiled and nodded. "Of course! I know you two are an item and didn't want to separate you two. Now if you will both follow me I will show you around."

Gene clasped Jun Pei's hand for a moment, then let go and smirked.
"Oh I think we'll get along just fine, Jun Pei. And don't call me Ms. Silver, you'll make me feel old."
She blinked at the remarks about Corone.
Ferocious kitty? She seemed a bit more cuddly to me...
