A small mob of farmers and angry townsfolk had arrived near the entrance of the forest. The animals had been attacking their farms like crazy, and none of the clans seemed to be showing up.

"Let's go and kill them all! We'll burn the forest down!" One of the people shouted. Similar roars and yells of agreement followed this statement.

"Calm down! Please!" Charlie pleaded. "Wait just a bit longer! One of the clans will come, I assure you!" The crowd, however, seemed not to be convinced. They better come soon... he thought urgently.

Rey ran through the streets, his footsteps heavy. He turned a corner and stopped for a minute and bent over catching his breath. He was not used to dodging through all of these people. the streets were busy and rey quite frankly seemed to be lost. Where is Lance?

He took off again looking around for Lance, his sword bouncing off of his left leg and his arows rattling in there quiver. He turned a corner and saw a mob of people walking away from lance. He casually walked up to her and said "Next time you want me to meet you somewhere give directions or a map. Ive been looking for age and im so tired now. These streets do not suit my type at all. So much people and not a spot of wildlife."

The heat of the crowd quickly died down, and the group of people almost seemed disappointed that they wouldn't get to kill some animals. Thank God, Charlie thought.

"Umm, well..." he began, attempting to answer Lance's question. "There have been a lot of animals raiding the barns recently... And a few boys went into the forest the other day, they came up bloody and bruised, said that a whole group of animals attacked them. And all through the night, all of the animals are schreeching and yelling and howling, can't get a minute of sleep... but that's pretty much it..." He looked up to the warrior and backed away a bit, obviously intimidated.

Rey nods slightly still a little out of breath. He took out an arrow and twiddled it between his fingers. "Well looks like ill be needing these then. Long time since i have, hope i havent lost my touch." He quickly pulls back on his bowstring and his arrow falls into position he let go. There was the sound of the arrow cutting through the air and hitting a tree making a loud thud as it did so. Rey nods and smiles a little. "That will do i guess."

Charlie watched as the warriors entered the forest. Soon, he could no longer see them, his sight blocked by the many trees and bushes. He continued looking at the forest for a moment. All he could do now was wait, and hope for the best. As he turned his gaze away from the trees that sheltered the rabid beasts and obscured the brave adventurers from sight, something moved. From the corner of his eyes, he saw something moving along the edge of the forest. For a split second, he thought he saw a black figure moving against the green background. Then, when he turned his head to look at it, there was nothing. Probably, his own fear was playing tricks on him. There was no need to go back and tell the people to stay away from the forest. All that lived near here knew that it wasn't safe. 'I hope they end this... and return safely.' he thought as he sat down, suspiciously observing any movement between trees, never taking his eyes away from the forest.

Inside the forest, things looked pretty peaceful at first glance. Various animal noises and other 'forest sounds' were all around, but nothing seemed too much out of the ordinary. As the group ventured somewhat deeper into the forest however, the atmosphere grew more and more threatening. What little sunshine wasn't blocked by the foilage caused strange patterns of light and dark. That, combined with the occasional shuffling of leaves -as if something was moving through the bushes unseen but not unheard- and the ever increasing animal noises, was enough to make most people have paranoid feelings of being watched.

Tidorus fallowed Lance as they walked through the forest, arms crossed and a scowl on his face. "Stupid people, always trying to burn things to solve their problems... water... I mean... Earth, is the way to do it. Heh heh." Tidorus scratched the back of his head nervously, then quickly regained his serious stature.

A while into the forest, Lance made sure all were near. Tidorus caught the faint worried tone to his voice and answered. "I'm here." He said as he gave gave a long yawn. He made his way up next to Lance and bent closely twords Lance. "Something worrying you Lance?" Wasn't normaly a oncern of Tidorus' to worry about others feelings, but if the leader was worried about something, something interesting could happen at any moment. "You want me to keep a look out for any unusual movements or sounds? After all, I have trained my sences for many years now, they could prove usefull at a time like this."

Tidorus became excited over Lance's responce. "Very well then Lance. My abillites are always here for your desposal." He gave a slight nod twords Lance, then began focusing on his surrounds. There were always creatures of evil roaming in the woods, no doubt about it. He focused more with his ears than his eyes. He couldn't see in all direction, but he could hear in all direction, thus making ambushes less of a surprising threat. "So Lance. Do you know what exactly we're looking for?"
