The town of Ly. This town is by far larger then most of the others. The ground here is suitable for farming, and they are close to water for fishing. The townsfolk of Ly are among the wealthiest in the nation due to the location of the village. This town is filled with people of many races and religions.
The already sizable city is experiencing new growth, and has set up all of the facilities required of a city-state. It is well prepared for any attacks, either from within or without. There is some crime within the city, but it is delt with severly.
The city is protected by a harbour patrol, and 20-foot walls that stretch around it, though the city has outgrown them. Recently, construction of a castle has been begun by one of the more industrious and wealthy politicians, Mr. Jabbar, who is hiring a rather sizable militia.
