The city of Wen is a city of crossroads, where many travellers stop to sleep before going on one of the major highways to one of the other cities inland, or another costal town.
Thusly, it has a large number of inns, taverns, bars, resturants, and a myriad of shops to buy food and supplies from. Many farmers sell their crops here, and the population is mainly comprised of merchants that live in the city, and farmers that live outside of the city.
The city does not currently meet city-state status, and has plenty of crime.
A healthy fishing industry is also on the rise in the city.
The city has mostly unpaved roads, and houses that are made of wood, paper, and some stone. about a third are made entirely of bricks or stones.
