Trix rolled down the flower-covered hillside, bouncing off to the left or the right every time she encountered a dip or a rise in the ground. She was totally enjoying herself and couldn't figure out why her caretaker Pixie had been so worried about letting her out and about by herself for the afternoon. Gathering momentum, she flew up over a sharp rise in the landscape, appearing only as a pink and black blur to anyone observing her progress. Coming down to earth more quickly than she was expecting, she landed thump against a little minya child.

Arael felt a slight bump on her. Well, she had gotten use to being bumped into now. She gave a small giggle as she stood up to see a pink and black fluff ball. It was a creature she'd yet to see in this land of many. How cute this one looked. The little creature had a slight sparkle to her.
"Oh! Are... Are you ok?" She asked tilting her head trying to figure out what exactly this creature was. She thought there was only cat-like creatures and ones like herself. "What are you?" she asked without really think about if it was a rude question or not.
Of course, it was natural to not really pay attention to things like being rude, when you where little. You could say just about anything and the adults would think it was cute or adorable.

Trix unrolled herself from her fluffy ball-like state. Shaking her fur into place out of a sense of comfort not vanity, she blinked at the silvery grey creature in front of her. Hearing the question asked of her she did not reply immediately. Instead she cast her mind back to Pixie's instructions. "Some creatures you might meet are..." Then, remembering the ones called minya, she decided that was the closest she could come up with. Although this one was smaller...Remembering the question now she blurted out suddenly "Itoku! I am itoku! My name is Trix. What is your name? Are you a minya only smaller?" Political correctness was not one of the things Pixie had been able to instil in her.

She tilted her head the other way. Not sure exactly what an Itoku was. Well of course she knew now, an Ikodu was infront of her this very second. She wanted to laugh at how stupid she had been about that. She mentally shruged it off. She quickly nodded as a question was thrown towards her.
"I think I'm a Minya." She was very clueless on the matter, she'd have to ask Nash later. She flicked her tail around in the air dangeriously. "Oh! I'm Arael." She said again trying to keep up with the Itoku who calls herself Trix. She didn't want to say she was just a baby still, she didn't feel like a baby.
"I'm just a slightly young one, I guess." Her long ears flicked up, her left one drupped alittle as her head was still titled. "Your really bright.." She said admiring Trix furr. She found the fluff on the little creature quite cute. Well, in reality, Trix wasn't that small compared to Arael. For the simple fact of her not being adult, again.

"You wanna play? Can you roll down the hill? We could have a race," Trix nodded excitedly, having had no one to race down the hill before.

Play? Did she hear that right? She loved games! She waged her tail and did a small jump in the air. Her ears bouncing and flopping in every direction. "Oh! That'd be great!" She wasn't sure if she could roll, but she'd try. She had seen the little Itoku roll up in a ball.
"I think I can't roll up like you, but I'll try." She laided on the ground and rolled in a ball much like a cat would when trying to sleep. Perhaps she was doing it wrong? She'd decide to make up her own type of rolling down the hill.
She headed up the hill where Trix had first come from. "Lets see what I can do!" she said as she bounced happily up it. It wasn't every day she found someone to play with! Normally, they just wanted to teach her something, not play games. She liked the change alot.
"I'll watch you first... And then I'll try, then we can race!" She said as she hopped up and down at the top of the hill. She spun in a circle, much like a dog would if it was chasing it's tail. She stopped and looked back at Trix. She wanted to watch every movement so she knew exactly what to do.

Trix bounded back up the hill beside Arael. "Gee she sure is good at bounding," thought Trix. "I wonder how she is at rolling." At the top of the hill Trix listened to Arael and nodded, then as if on a spring, rolled straight up into a fluffball of sparkly pink and black. Starting off slowly, she very quickly gathered speed and was off down the hill in a flash. Slowing down at the bottom of the hill, she uncurled and sat expectantly watching the top of the rise.

Arael bounced a couple more times. Ok, that didn't seem too hard. Though, she thought she'd try it differently. She backed up about five feet, tail high in the air. She started off running then jumped at the end of the hill and rolled into what seemed to her as a ball, more like an oval or something.
Her tail flung in the air. She hit the ground slightly hard, coming undone from her ball a little bit. Yet it still rolled down the hill. Slowly, but surely it gathered a little bit of speed, but not as much as the little itoku did. Of course it looked rather funny as she slide to a stop at the ground. Un rolling her self she looked at Trix. Her head closest to Trix feet.
"That wasn't soo bad" She said and giggled. Though she wasn't quite sure. She rolled over and tried to stand up again, but fell over from being dizzy. "Woah" She said shaking her head. She'd never felt like that before.

Trix watched Arael with anticipation as Arael rolled down the hill. Bouncing up and down a little, she egged on her new playmate. To any outsider this would just be heard as a kind of chittering noise, but she was truly cheering on the minya child. As Arael came to a stop Trix bounced up and down even more excitedly exclaiming "Well done! A wonderful first attempt! You roll very well for one so...well...less round than me." Trix giggled also, enjoying this newfound friendship. "Are you sure you're ready for a race?"

Arael giggled. Well, she wasn't really expecting so much excitement from that one roll. But she was ready to do it again. Or she thought she might be. She stood up again, this time not falling. The dizzyness had faded.
"I... I think I'm ready!" she said as she attempted to bounce twice in the air. She did it without falling. Well, so that feeling only happened when spinning like that? She gave a mental note and a mental chuckle.
"It'll be fun!" She ddin't care if she won or not. It was, after all, just a game and was suppose to be fun! She half ran half bounced up back to the top of the hill and waited for her knew friend.

Trix listened, glad to hear that Arael was keen to race. It would be much more fun to roll down the hill with a friend instead of by herself. What a great day this was turning out to be. Zipping back up the hill, Trix admired the way Arael was able to leap along covering so much ground in one go. Still, Trix was speedy and she made it to the top in good time. Checking to see if Arael was ready, Trix called "One...two...ROLL!"

Arael giggled and repeated what she did before. She couldn't really see how fast either of them was going. She felt her head roll from the ground to the air three or four times before she came to a slidding stop.
She laughed, eyes still closed from the roll. With no clue who actually got to the bottom first.

Trix whizzed down the hill faster than ever, unsure of where Arael was or if she had even begun rolling. Reaching the end of the hill, she popped up out of the roll and immediately looked for Arael. As the silver minya rolled towards Trix she leapt out of the way and watched as she came to a stop. Expecting Arael to leap up, Trix was confused when she didn't do so. Racing over to the prone minya she peered down at her waiting to see if her eyes would open. When they remained closed, she decided the only option was to poke her in the ribs to see if she reacted.

She finally opened her eyes seeing double of everything. "Woah..." She said blinking them and shaking her head. "does rolling always make you feel... Funny?" She asked looking the the pink and black fuzz ball that had just poked her side.
She didn't even really fill the poke, but that was fine. She turned to her feet and sat up. Not wanting to stand up to prevent her from falling from the dizzyness she felt. She didn't know what it was called, or couldn't even explain it. She did a mental shrug and looked towards Trix.
"Who won?" She asked trying to seem slightly interested in who actually did win. It was still a game, and someone had to be announced the winner. Unless it was her own game that had no actual winner because it was only her playing it.

"Um, I won, but you were very close behind me," replied Trix, not wanting the minya to be discouraged. "You nearly knocked me over, you were going so fast," she embellished slightly. "And rolling doesn't make me feel funny. I find it a handy way to get around."
"We can just have a rest if you still feel funny," suggested Trix. "This grass is nice and soft. We can look at the sky and make pictures with the clouds."
