Greetings everyone, I welcome you all to Blackstone, and if you are returning to us I welcome you back. Here is where I'll be posting any updates, school news, and once they're needed summaries so new arrivals can follow the story easier. I may find other uses for this thread as time wears on, but for now I think this may be useful. Hate to let any arrival get behind, especially in important matters.

On that note, I leave you to wander. I also welcome you to post here if you need Sorting, and I will help where I can.

Summary

Well, we've now three professors on staff, with a total of three students. Should make things interesting, ne? Not much is known about our new professors, much less what their plans may be for the students. What we do know is this:

1) Professor Romanov is Russian, and of royal blood no less.
2) Professor Le Fae seems interested in Prof. Romanov
3) Professor Draven is very busy preparing things for the start of school.

Update: 4/19/07:
New revelation minna-chan. This summary does absoluetly diddly squat as far as it's intended use! Yay! Thank you, Onyx and Ebony for pointing that out. sweatdrop

We have officially met Professors Romanov, Le Fae, and Headmistress Draven. Professor Romanov has called for students to help in harvesting potions ingredients from dead gryphons. Very messy work, but at least they're getting a small bit of extra credit for it. After placing his family's cemetary on school grounds, Professor Le Fae is assisting Professor Romanov and the students in their tasks. Headmistress Draven, after accompanying Le Fae in his placement of the cemetary and getting nearly attacked by one of his upset ancestors, has decided to call in a couple of students she knows very well in the hopes that they will provide backup in case things get out of hand, which Draven fears they will. We are also about to meet a new person who does not teach and yet is not really a student either, as well as a new professor (who would have her name mentioned if I could remember how to spell it at the moment).

I think I got the date wrong on the last update. No matter, I shall start updating at least once a week, after this most likely every Thursday.

Professor Arnamentia, or Tia for short, has officially been introduced, and we've learned an interesting human side of Draven's crow Elon. We are also about to fully meet an extraordinary pair, Daeali and Nanae. Things are definately about to get interesting.

8/20/07:
This REALLY needs updating, ne? Daeali and Nanae have arrived, and are Sorting themselves, the only students allowed such a privilege. We have a grand total of five students now, yay! Not much new to report. That's kind of sad, isn't it?
