So, a couple of weeks ago I did it and bought a Nintendo DS Lite from the pit of horrors known as ebay. Said handheld console arrived to my grubby, sweaty hands yesterday.
Verdict? ACE. Seriously, an amazing piece of hardware. Also, GAMES! In timely fashion, Phoenix Wright 2, Animal Crossing and Mario Kart also arrived.
Question! Any of you guys have a DS? Friends Codes? Opinions? Let's share in the fun.

Max has an old DS phat and I own a black Lite model. We're both MarioKart DS addicts. So is Floyd. I am somewhat tired of Nintendogs these days. The good dogs are so damn needy! I also recomend Mario Hoops 3 on 3. A great action title with rocking music!
I think KleSt is also a DS owner with MarioKart and other Wi-Fi enabled game titles.

I've had a DS for a few months now. I beat Phoenix Wright 1 on it and use it to play New Super Mario Bros when I'm bored.
There just aren't many games out there (for any system) that I feel like putting down the cash for.

At the moment I'm just loving Animal Crossing. Yes, it's a game about collecting fruit in order to pay off the mortage and to buy furniture. But I can't stop playing! Seriously, for me this is the game I bought the DS for.
Phoenix Wright 2 is pretty fine as well, but I hadn't much time to really play it seriously. But as far as adventure games go, it's very well written and amusing.
