Interviewer: Todd Grisham (cuz i couldn't think of anyone else)
Due to the actions of Krymzon at our first PPV, Jarel Drako Damone issued a grave warning to Krymzon that he was after him, and was soon granted a tag team match at Christmas Chaos against DOA. To everyone's surprise, when asked who his tag team partner would be, Jarel did not choose his fellow DX stablemate Shawn Michaels, but instead chose his twin brother Zarel, who he's been at odds with for quite some time. Tonight, shortly after their victory over DOA, Jarel granted this request for an interview to shed some light on his decision.
Todd: Thank you for meeting with me, Mr. Damone. As you know, the question on everyone's mind is your choice of a tag team partner, and the meaning behind this whole Unholy Alliance phrase you've begun to use.
Jarel: It's very simple. I would've chosen Shawn Michaels but Krymzon attacked my sister, Zarel's sister. I couldn't in good conscience deny my brother his chance at revenge in the match. The term unholy alliance comes from the fact that as you clearly stated, Zarel and I have been the most bitter of enemies of late. That's how the Damone family is. We will kick the hell out of each other, beat each other to a bloody pulp, but when you mess with one of us, especially our younger siblings, you mess with all of us. Krymzon made the mistake of sticking his nose where it didn't belong, and just here tonight he got punched in it. So after this, there will be no more tag teaming between Zarel and myself, unless it suits our purposes.
Todd: If you don't mind my asking, what do you mean?
Jarel: That means that my brother and i are going right back to kicking each other's asses. Like you said, my tag team partner is Shawn Michaels. Unless it's a family matter, Zarel and i have no reason to work together.
Todd: Well, now that you and your brother have beaten DOA, you have a shot at Krymzon's Crimson King Championship. Your thoughts on the matter?
Jarel: I warned Krymzon before that this was just getting started, and i meant it. You see, last night, I gave Krymzon one chair shot that i'm sure rocked his world, and it busted him wide open. But when we face each other one on one, it won't stop there. It won't stop until he is a bloody, battered, broken shell of a man lying at my feet. It doesn't matter if i win or lose this match. The idea is to destroy him, to make him feel pain as he never has before.
Todd: We've been informed that this isn't going to be a first blood match. it's a TLC match. are you saying that you would just let him climb up the ladder and win?
Jarel: Don't put words in my mouth or I'll smack the taste out of yours. I didn't say I'd let him do anything. In all likelihood, it's very unlikely that he could get me to bleed, and even if he does, it doesn't matter. See, now he has to not only pray for the miracle of making me bleed first, but he has to climb up the ladder and grab the title. And i can guarantee that won't happen. Like i said, this Wednesday, i will beat him, and batter him, and leave him a broken shell of a man. This is about more than titles. This is about avenging my sister. When his blood flowed earlier tonight, I took the blood and signed his death warrant with it. When i'm done with Krymzon on Wednesday night, he'll be rethinking his career choices. And I will walk out the new Crimson King Champion. He won't be walking anywhere.
