~ Rules for Made-Up Characters ~
. If you are submitting a made up character, they have to be strictly made up, as in they can't be related to any of the Naruto characters in anyway possible. Ex: Same clan (Uchiha, Hyuuga, Kaguya, etc.), same team/cell, etc.
. 3 made-up characters are allowed to form a team/cell, you just gotta get it confirmed with the other 2 that you wish to form a team with.
. They cannot have any Jutsu particular to any of the Clans (Uchiha and Hyuuga mainly) or special Jutsu such as the Raikiri/Chidori or Rasengan.
. Made-ups are allowed to be from other villages (look at characters thread).
. There can be no made-ups in Akatsuki!
. Made-up clans are tolerated, however any special Jutsu belonging to that clan must be strictly made up.
