 I love this series. It may get dull at
some points, but overall it's one of the
most well thought-out ones I've read.
I liked the live action movie too. ^^

I was hooked on Death Note the moment volume 1 came out (and before Death Note "fever" caught on). The whole battle between justices is really interesting and well done.

I haven't heard a lot about this manga.
I know that it's about a guy that gets a notebook that whoever he writes down dies. But that's about it.
Is it entertaining?

I'd actually suggest reading the manga

Oh, I love Death Note.
At first Raito (Light) was just alright, but then later on I get to hate him more and more.
And I absolutely adore L. His sitting posture and his love of sweets is just so lovable.

I've been hooked since the first time I picked it up.
((A friend had bought it and I was like... Oh... I've heard of that. Borrow.))
It's so well thought out...
Right now I'm at volume seven, hoping to read eight and nine this weekend.
I want to see the live action really bad as well.
And I haven't watched the anime yet.
Though I do have it on my computer.
Well, a good chunk of it.
I wanna finish the manga before watching.

I love Death Note, but I have only read to volume six. Raito is my favorite character. He is very clever and has such strong faith in himself and what he is doing. It is admirable, even if he does go a bit far with it.
