And she didn't break up The Beatles. Even if she did, it's illogical to hate her for it. Everyone loves to hate a lover.
Y'know, if you're going to b***h about her coming to the studio, it's not her ********' fault. Blame
John if you're going to blame anyone - he's the one that brought her! If your new Beatle boyfriend invited you to the recording sessions, would you say no? I doubt it.
The Beatles were bound to break up anyway - and I'm glad it happened the way it did. John and Paul had lives to fall back one; John with Yoko and their happenings, Paul with Linda and the family. George and Ringo had their lives as well.
They were doomed already. With Brian dead, they had no one to direct them. With so much controversy going on, what with 'bigger than Jesus' and their drug use, and Paul's attempt at leadership, they were coming to the end. John was trying to 'loose his ego' at the advice of that jerk Timothy Leary. They were falling apart.
Besides, it's good they weren't like the Stones, fading out until they became nothing more but nostalgia. They went out with a bang, more or less.
