You may ask what weight ins are.
Well, they are a way for you to tell people how much you a losing weight, and how proud you are of it. It's a way to get support, and to keep losing weight. Weigh ins are to help you maintain your weight loss, so you can be healthy. ;P And you can see how fast you are losing your weight.

My Weight in:
Goal: 140lbs
Current Weight: 234lbs

Current weight: 115-120 (my scale's incorrect, and it so varies daily.. )
Goal: 105

(i'm short/young, so 105's in my average weight range.)

I'm currently 156 (or I was the last time I checked over winter break) I want to be around 135 or so. I don't have a way of checking my weight here at college, though I might just buy one myself.

I will have to buy a scale on my next paycheck in two weeks.

As of the health fair I attended I was 209 and I need to get to 150.

I do weigh in every two weeks, because it seems more inspirational and I saw it done on Celebrity Fit Club and liked it so it saves you from discouragement if your first week is not going down as much as you want. mrgreen
