My plan:
I've been cutting my calories, not by giving up food, buit by eating the right foods, and exercising. I'll bee keeping track of my calories every day. My plan is to stay under 2,000 calories, maybe 1,500 sometimes.

Food Diary: 1/29/07 I had a banana-orange smoothie with whole milk for breakfast. A Lean turkey and Wheat bread with a slice of cheese for lunch, with stuffing(no butter) on teh side. For dinner I had some Crystal Light Juice, Gateraid, a banana-peanut butter wheat bread sandwhich, a Balance Bar, and some meatloaf.
Calorie Intake: I lost Count, LOL.
1/30/07 Breakfast: A breakfast burrito(homemade) Lunch: Turkey wrap with a side of salad and a small dose of ranch Dinner: and orange and plain pancakes. With some hot chocolate.
Calorie intake: 1567(estimate)
1/31/07 I splurged today. D: It was game night, so it was a given. Next time I wont splurge. D:

Exercise Diary:
1/29/07 I walked to a friends house, walked to a bus stop. Walked from a bus stop to some other place, then walked a mile to take a class. Viola.
1/30/07 Hmm, I haven't exercised today, I have walked around school, but it's so cold outside, and my room is to small for both me and my friend to do Pilate's.

Yeah, I hate the mornings afterwards when you wake up and you can feel muscles you didn't even know where there. What I found effective is to take a fast paced walk before exercising and making sure you stretch all your muscles afterwards to release the chemicals that were building up. It gives you less of those crampy hangovers. (I used to lift weights all the time with a personal instructor, and he taught me a bunch of stuff about exercising techniques and how important it really is to stretch.) mrgreen
