Okay, heres my weight journal. Weigh ins on Sunday might be hard for me, because I generally dont have time to go to the gym on Sundays. buuttttt Im sure I can just do it on Mondays.
My goal is 130 ish I currently weigh 188.

Food intake: today was a bad day D:
I had a piece of plain french toast and a glass of OJ for breakfast. skipped lunch and for dinner I had a cheeseburger and chili from wendys >< I did drink light lemonade with it. and then we went to coldstone, and I had the fat free sweet cream with berries. hey, at least it was fat free?
then I came home and had a small bowl of mac+cheese and 2 glasses of white cranberry juice.
my exercise of the day consisted of walking to and from my car and classes. Gym ended up not happening because some people decided to distract me and make me eat greasy things! crying
Calorie intake? no clue. more than I should have had.

Breakfast: 3 packets of brown sugar oatmeal
Lunch: Rice w/ chicken teriyaki
Dinner: fried potatoes w/ catsup
Exercise? running around the store like a mad chicken.

okay, today I ate bad, but I also didnt eat much...
It was a hectic day. I ran around the house doing last minute packing and didnt have time to eat, so I had a glass or cranberry juice. I went to class, then I went to the airport, where I had some really gross chinese food and an ice coffee.
and for exercise, me and my friend walked back and forth from gate 19 to the food court about 3 times cause we got there early. xd
BTW, florida is lovely~

Well, Ive been having a blast in Florida, and doing my very best to have healthier choices when eating out (which is all the time D smile Ive chosen most of the time to go for juice, and when possible, avoided things like french fries. Ive also done ALOT of walking, which is good.
and I tried Alligator meat. very interesting. tastes like chicken. xp

Today I went to the gym and had a fitness assesment, and I was kinda scared at what I saw.
My body age is 29, while I am actually only 20. my BMI is 38.7%, and it was just all around bad stuff. My metabolism appears to be pretty good though, which is a great help. I was told by my trainer that my goal of 140, based on my BMI thing, should probably be upped to about 145 because of my build.

Good luck! ^_^ I'm also trying to cut out on junk food... I don't think I've had any bagged fatty snacks (chips, cheetos, etc.) for a long time, though.
I wonder if my school's athletic center has someone that does fitness asessments? I've never had one, but now I'm curious as to what my results would look like...

didnt eat much yesterday, though I did get a very yummy frozen yogurt fruit smoothie. Strawberry blueberry yummy!
my arms are so sore today, my trainer really worked me hard x.x on top of that, still feeling kinda sick, I just cant kick this cold >< So Ive been moping about the last few days drinking lots of tea. I was really sad when I got a pickle out of my jar last night and I couldnt even taste it. emo

busybusybusy but Ive been eating well! and when I put on a shirt for work today, there was no bulges sticking out! biggrin (it was a tight fitting shirt)

Im coming to realize that I have a very hard time with food cravings, especially of late. Ive been depressed, and really stressed out. But that treadmill has been getting used alot. Running has been a great help with relieving stress.

worked out for about 90 mins today because I came 30 mins early for my training session by accident. Ive lost a few pounds though! ^______^

alright. today my mom and brother had old pictures out and I was soooo skinny x.x So I went downstairs, dug through a few bins and found my old favorite pair of jeans- a pair of size 13 jeans from Hollister.
I am going to put the things on every morning to remind me of my goal and to not go to the china buffet.

I've decided that I am going to stop eating red meat. 3nodding I dont think Im quite ready to become a full vegetarian, as I do enjoy my chicken. alot. and I'm told that you can still eat fish and be considered a vegetarian, so Im not worried about that.
