I found two websites with her stuff on it.
Yes, I had my doubts of some of the photos of "Ramona" actually being her.
They really are her. Her mom is indeed a photographer, and her pictures are supposed to be fragments of Ramona's life.
Lisea is actually really cool, from assumptions by her quote on the sites.

Wow I love her pictures! In some ways they show innocence, but in other ways they're kind of creepy.
I like it. (I'm weird like that.)
