~A Little Background~
I'm 22 years old. My weight has been fluctuating up and down ever since I've been out of high school, although I've been pretty steady at my current weight for quite a while. My major weakness is junk food sweatdrop so I intend to cut junk food out ALOT! I also suck when it comes to exercise, so that will probably be my biggest problem



~Start~
2/2/07-157lbs
Goal-130lbs
Current-149lbs


I would like to lose the weight by late May/early June, which I feel is a pretty realistic goal.

~Area's I'd like to work on~
Upper arms--they are a little flabby ninja
Butt--seriously, what girl doesn't want a nicer behind?
Thighs--I'm tall with long legs...dammit, I know there's a mini-skirt body buried somewhere.
Abs/Belly--I'd love to get rid of the pooch and have a flatter tummy.

A bit of crab meat
A small bit of fried rice noodles
Small portion of sesame chicken
2 glasses iced tea

Snacks:
1 apple
1 Banana

2/4/07
Breakfast:
Large Banana

Lunch:
Chicken Strips
Brussel Sprouts w/ Butter

Dinner:
Campbell's Healthy Request Italian-Style Wedding Soup
Small Baked Potato w/ Sour Cream

Snacks:
Handful Reduced Fat Kettle Chips
Lemon Chiffon Yogurt

Estimated Calories--1180

Breakfast:
Slept till noon, skipped breakfast

Lunch:
Half a Baked Potato w/ Sour Cream
1/2 Smoothie

Dinner:
Spanish Rice

Snacks:
Other 1/2 Smoothie
2 Dill Pickle Spears
Small Bowl Cookies & Cream Ice Cream(Reduced Calorie; No Sugar Added)
Broke down and had chips w/ french onion dip

Walked the dog, about 10 minutes
25 crunches--plan to slowly work my way up to doing more neutral

Breakfast:
Almost 1/2 Honey Wheat Bagel w/Cream Cheese(not alot)

Lunch:
Leftover Spanish Rice

Dinner:
Fried Potatoes(fried in butter)
Bologna
(yup, quite the culinary artist, my mother rolleyes )

Snacks:
Fried Okra(fried in I Can't Believe It's Not Butter)
2 Dill Pickle Spears
Handful Green Grapes

DDR--35 Minutes

Lowfat Peach Yogurt

Lunch:
Small bit of imitation crab meat

Dinner:
2 Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Snack:
Some more imitation crab meat...*yummy*
2 Dill Pickle Spears

Exercise:
Cleaned the house for about 3 hours sweatdrop

Fillet of Baked Fish w/Lemon Pepper
Baked Potato w/Sour Cream

Cheez It Crackers(I hate my bf for bringing them home scream )
Grapes

And I feel like an idiot...I went to toss my fish in the microwave to thaw...completely forgot to put it on DEFROST instead of regular. So I cooked an entire bag of fish. Hopefully it won't go bad if I toss it back in the fridge.

Beef & Swiss on Onion Bun

Drank a little Cherry Coke.
