Gah. I'm sick and staying home from school today, and this isn't exactly what I was looking forward to.
Anyways, here is my judgement. As a VC, acting is Blizz's periodic captainness. I've read through the entire argument, which took about 15 minutes.

Carma: First of all, I applaud your attempt to stop the fight in the first place by moving the thread. Although I originally agreed with Si's opinion about making the main forum boring, I now believe that moving the thread was the proper decision. I will make a subforum for discussions about poetry, music, books, etc.
Now, about Kaen's banning. Normally I'd be against it for an argument, but the way he disrepected Anime, Syko, you, and the entire guild with his comments made up my mind. If I had come in and seen it, I probably would've banned him too. He says that the mods run the guild and put all of these unfair rules down, but it he had a probably he could've easily PMed me to contest it. Amazingly, I read my PMs regarding things about the guild and take them very seriously, so if ANY of you have a problem with the way it is being run, please PM me.
So. There will be no punishment to you for banning Kaen. He showed utter disrespect towards everyone, inadvertantly including me. I don't take well to that, as no one does. I would've acted the way you did. So good job.

Syko: Your arguing skills are impressive. XD
I wish I could argue like that. So anyways, no punishment against you either... although I don't know why there would be.

To all: I hope this sort of thing never happens again. I for one, can't stand the fighting.
If your thread gets moved to the SaA forum, don't argue against it! We're trying to keep the main page clean and organized for the new members. Also, moving it doesn't mean your thread will die. Many people hang out in the SaA subforum nowadays, and it'll probably get a better reception in there than anywhere else.
If you have a problem with the way the guild is being run, don't cuss at us about how we can't get anything right. How are we supposed to know what's wrong if you don't tell us?
So once again, if there IS a problem, please PM me or another mod that you feel will help, and I'm sure any mod will do their best to find an answer.

okay. i will probably be promptly banned again, but water rouge re-invited me. sweatdrop

im begining to wonder if people actually DID read the argument. never once did i say that the mods put down unfair rules. sure, i got out of line. but its not like i (or others) havent done it before. and i dont think its against the guild rules to cuss. or even disrespect the mods. (we really need to add that rule though...). what i was angry about and still am (but am not blinded by frustration) is the fact that the decision was made so quickly without my chance to give input (such as creating a different subforum or at least not lopping spam in with the other still active threads).

so i think i was unfairly banned. fairly cussed at? yeah. but thats what you (or syko and i at least) do when arguments get heated.

and as a side note, i have syko and carma on my ignore list because i fear that if i do talk to them, i will flip a lid and REALLY break some guild rules. sweatdrop why? because if you havent noticed, i wasnt the only one being disrespectful. one reason i became so heated was because of the "tag-team" insults coming from carma/syko. whether they were meant to harm, and if they were, whether they were justified is in the matter of an opinion. and in my opinion, i felt hurt, and therefore hurt back.

but apparently you can get banned for that. stare
