    Simplest thing ever...
    When the events roll around you always see threads that are an official thread for a guild.
    So when these events roll around this is what you do;
    Make one.
    And give it a name.
    And in the first post link back to the guild.
    ^^ Tada~
    Then;
    You post in the thread that event's official thread.
    It'd be the event and then a link to the thread.
    Remember we're literate...
    So maybe mention that too.
