The Provokan pub is the best bar in all of Provoka. When you walk in you see people drinking, holding meetings or just talking. This looks like a good place for a chat and a meal.
You may post in the Provokan pub no matter where you are. This way people out on voyages and such can still talk to others in character.

Wow, the barrels sqeek!
Itll take awhile for us to get good rum though, the old good rum exploded and that took us a month to get a hold of stressed
I'm findin myself desperatly trying to get a rank that I made up. Thats just sad. But hey, them King o' Pirates get some good chairs. I need a good chair. These Barrels will do for now.

*Wanders in from off the street with a bottle in her hand. The words "Provokan Pub- Manager" is written on a pin that hung from her shirt. She sits down in a chair, sighing as she did.* Feels so dam' good to be back. *Takes a swig of her rum.*

Go around to the ships and tell the Captain to prepare for a storm. It looks like a big one is coming up.
