friend left me for her boyfriend, so I wrote

I fell to my knee's
My heart breaking
When you said you hated me
I thought you were faking
Soon I got up
I tried moving on
I kept saying in my heart
you couldn't really be gone...
I needed to get you back,
I wasn't going to give up easily.
I was going to find you,
I didn't want to be me.
You had my heart,
Stole it away.
That's all I thought about
On that long day.
